Subfloor and Timber Floor Inspections- We evaluate the structural integrity beneath visible floor finishes, such as joists, floorboards, or concrete slabs. This includes lifting floor finishes and subfloor boarding or plywood sections to inspect for wet rot, dry rot, fungal decay, excessive moisture, or compromised damp-proof courses (DPCs). Ground Penetr Radar (GPR) may also be employed on concrete slabs to detect hidden reinforcements or sub-slab voids through specialized GPR scanning.
